"I have gotten professional massages since around 1998, in Chicago, Santa Fe and Cleveland. I am a professional orchestral violinist, a job which requires a lot of repetitive motion and many hours of practice, without adequate time for muscle recovery. This can lead to tension and injury, and is similar to an athletic career that way. I find Belinda's techniques extremely beneficial, especially in the neck and shoulder area, and she is also simply the best at working the muscles of the face and head and releasing the tension there. I highly recommend this; it feels amazing. Belinda's reflexology treatments are also very good. The deep tissue massage is not excruciating and in fact there is little pain involved--and what little there is, is "good pain," meaning it feels good. She will go as deep as the client requests but overall it is just deep enough to be effective but still feels great. Usually I go into "the zone" of deep relaxation, where you are between dozing and wakefulness.  Belinda uses relaxing music and aromatherapy in her treatments and just being in the room starts the relaxation process. She is sensitive to the comfort of the client.  I respect Belinda as a person.
