Schedule Your Massage

1.  Appointments can be requested by phone or online. You do not have an appointment until you receive a direct message confirmation from your requested practicioner.  

2.  A credit card reserves your time with a TEMPORARY HOLD BY SQUARE OF THE SERVICE AMMOUNT, your card is not  charged by Natural Massotherapy until your service time is completed and you choose to pay with that credit card, or you  No-Show.

3.  THE TEMPORARY CREDIT CARD HOLD GETS COMPLETELY RELEASED/REVERSED AFTER YOU PAY WITH Zelle, Cash, or Ca$h app.

 4.  Accepted forms of payment are: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Zelle, Cash, Ca$h app, Apple pay. You must confirm which pay method you will use via text confirmation. 

5.  Please consider internet /app lags and glitches when scheduling therefore, online booking is for appointment requests and does not represent individual schedules. 

6.  Service is by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. Same day appointments may also be available.

No refunds for no-shows or for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which your options will be determined by the practitioner at their discretion. 

VIDEO RECORDING IS PROHIBITED. Recording or surveillance equipment of the premises or private sessions without the written  signed consent of the client and the practitioner is strictly prohibited.
