Booking Appointments

Appointments can be requested by phone call or online.  

YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT NOR IS YOUR CARD ACTUALLY CHARGED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN APPROVAL NOTIFICATION. The amount is only HELD until you receive an approval or decline notification for your requested time.

After booking, an APPROVAL confirmation and multiple email and text notification courtesy reminders are sent to remind you of your appointment prior to the scheduled time. Please adjust your notifications accordingly and be sure to read the email conformation notification for any additional information or messages regarding your appointment.

When booking online, the booking site shows EXACTLY when and the amount of time you are scheduling and paying for, do not expect or attempt to book or create any menu or time option you do not read written on either site. 

No refunds for no-shows or for appointments booked or cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time. There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, after which your options will be determined by the practitioner at their discretion. All practitioners work independently. Appointments involving more than one practitioner require prepayment and are subject to a 25% fee per therapist if cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled time. Paper form gift cards and certificates are void 90 days after date of purchase.
